Requesting Refunds

If you would like to request a refund for an entry you have purchased, Secreterrier offers a seamless process to initiate a request. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Secreterrier account.
  2. Click on the "Dashboard" button at the top right of the page.
  3. Find the related event in the "Upcoming" tab of the list.
  4. Click the entry that you would like to request a refund on from the table. A box will appear in the upper right of your screen.
  5. Click the "Request Refund" button to initiate a refund. Any reason provided will be shown to the trial secretary.

Depending on the club, if your entry is waitlisted, the refund request may be accepted immediately; once a refund has been initiated, you will be notified via email. Refunds may take anywhere from 1-10 days, depending on the financial institution's processing times. If you feel an error has been made anywhere during the checkout or refund process, please reach out to support for help in solving any issues.
